The Intersection of Chronic Health Conditions and Trans Healthcare

Feb 12, 2024

Join us live on February 15 to learn more about the Intersection of Chronic Health Conditions and Trans Healthcare with my guest teacher, Tasha Searles (they/she). Tasha has lived experience as gender diverse, neurodivergent, and hypermobile. Their website has a phenomenal resource page, and I can’t wait to check out some of the podcasts!!!!

Tasha Searles, MSN, APRN, AGCNS-BC is a genderqueer, neurodivergent, Advanced Practice Nurse who specializes in working with those experiencing chronic or complex health conditions. They are especially interested in Ehlers Danlos Syndrome & related conditions, and personally have Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Tasha enjoys ‘connecting the dots’ and spotting patterns that others may have missed. Tasha’s goal is to create a safer space for all to receive appropriate healthcare that is affirming & accommodating of individual needs; a space that encourages exploration and self-determination of what wellness & thriving mean in one’s individual life. They practice from a trauma informed perspective that is neurodiversity, LGBTQ+, disability, & HAES affirming. Tasha is originally from Indiana, but now resides in Portland, Oregon with their two rambunctious cats. Tasha enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, learning, and finding new ways to be creative.
